I am a passionate artist based in the beautiful southern forest region of Western Australia.
My art journey started early in my life and I devoted myself to learning it both in Australia and England.
My love for art is expressed through a wide range of painting styles and mixed media works. Throughout my career, I have been recognised for my various techniques produced in a wide range of sizes from small book pieces to large size mural works.
My practice is to attempt and externalise the connection between body, mind and spirit, evoking a surreal and dreamlike feeling. It is in this dreamlike place that the spectre of human connection emerges, and though my art is often considered ‘impressionist’, I believe it is a window to the viewer’s heart and lays bare an emotional charge.
I have been honoured with such an extensive exposure with exhibitions (both solo and group) across the world. I have done a few murals as commissions. I was featured in a book 'Chinesische Heilpflanzen', in which 55 of my paintings illustrating the effects of Chinese herbs on the human system and relating to the ancient practices of Chinese medicine.
